30-Day Return Policy

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return: Email us at support@playvoratoys.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
